At AAMG Physical Therapy (PT), we understand the goals that drive people in sports or performance activities. Each person’s situation is unique. Our team monitors your performance and recovery in order to determine what rehabilitation plan is right for you.

You will work with therapists who have a passion for sports. We are able to take each athlete through a full range of activities. These include strength-training, agility, movement patterns, speed, and sport-specific endurance exercises to become a stronger athlete.

We provide a team approach to physical therapy as well as cutting-edge techniques. These include aquatic therapy, the Graston technique, Blood Flow Restriction Training (BFRT), video analysis and our Sports Performance Zone. We also offer a Sports Group twice a week.

Sports Performance Zone

AAMG PT at Jennifer Square offers a dedicated Sports Performance Zone. This unique program combines traditional physical therapy and sports performance to get you back in the game better than ever. It is ideal for athletes and weekend warriors experiencing aches and pains. It is also great for high-level competitors looking and willing to work and gain an advantage.
