Living with arthritis can be distracting, difficult and painful. Osteoarthritis is the most common form of arthritis. The risk for developing osteoarthritis increases with age. Other causes include previous joint injury, certain infections in the joint, jobs that involve a lot of squatting and bending of the knee, and obesity. Physical therapy for osteoarthritis can help.
