  • Education and training in daily living postures, body mechanics and ergonomics
  • Education and training on how to modify the way you do things, including use of adaptive equipment and energy conservation principles
  • Scar management
  • Desensitization or sensory reeducation after nerve injury
  • A custom home exercise program to improve range of motion and strength
